The Not-Important Post

Been too long. Here moi is.
I have 2 funny (unimportant) stories. A week or 2 ago, I made an artichoke/cheese dip that we'd never tried. So, I mix up the ingredients, let it sit in the fridge a while, then we ate half of it. We decided to put it on the "Do-Agains" list. A couple days later, I went to gather some leftovers for an easy dinner. I got the dip. While I was at it, I went to write the recipe in my recipe book. Flipping over the card I'd written it on, there were baking instructions on the back! No joke! We'd eaten this dip, uncooked, and thought it was a Do-Again! I baked the little bit that was left, and sure enough - very good cooked.
My other story: As we sat eating one night, I kept seeing things fall from above eye level in a tree. Couldn't tell what. (Keep in mind we're 4 floors up). We went outside later to find branch after branch scattered in that spot - maybe 15 feet across. Turns out, there was a squirrel way up above our apartment trying to build a nest. Either his mouth couldn't handle the branches he was cutting, or he thought he was a beaver. Evidence says he might actually BE a beaver.
Now, just for fun, I'm gonna gather you up some pictures that beg for explanations.
