I'm back.

First, an update on my last post:
The flowers I mentioned turned out to have a host of gnat friends. They spread to the peppers, tree, and lettuce. All the pots were lined up in the bathroom and drenched in a safeish-to-eat gnat-killing spray. Got 90%.
I'm in the middle of attempting to get a Lyme appointment in the closer town. But they don't seem keen on answering the phone.
I haven't gotten any more distinct relapses. Apparently, it won't be the nightmare I feared it would.

Now then. Ya know, I think the main thing I want to blog about is my fishies. (Here's where half of you stop reading. I know.) The more time you spend on your hobbies, the more addictive they become, and then you spend more, and eventually, it gets ridiculous. But fun.
Anywho, I have a 10 gallon and 5 gallon sitting together in the living room. There's a cracked 10 gallon in the bedroom, which can hold 6 gallons of water. I planned to spend most of Monday switching the 5 and 6 gallon contents. Now, the 10 is girls, the 5 is boys, and the 6 is babies.
In the process, I was rinsing the empty 5 gallon in the bathroom sink, and the wet glass slipped outta my hand. The edge of the tank hit the edge of the sink bowl, taking out a pebble-size chunk of glass. (Atleast it didn't shatter!)
So everything came to a screeching halt, fish and buckets o' fish water all over the house, until the next day when we could get another 5 gallon. Tuesday, mission accomplished.
Meanwhile, a Facebook friend saw my status bar about cracking the 5 gallon, and offered me her grown kids' fish tank. We went over to look at it last night. It's 30-40 gallons. (The biggest I've ever had is 20.) I'm stoked. We're working on logistics on how to get it here.
Now, something that makes this even more fun: Within 24 hours before she offered, I was looking at the 10 and 5, thinking, "I'd really love a 50ish gallon." 50. 30-40. Whatever. Sounds like God to me!

D's off Friday. So that leaves me these 2 post-fish days of the week to do all 5 days' worth of my weekly housekeeping stuff.
Not to worry. I'm being productive. See me updating the blog?
